Brunz is an artist and activist in the area of autonomous communications and human rights with experience in the implementation and maintenance of autonomous and community networks, especially using LPFM radios and wifi. She uses the principles of intersectional feminism to try to reduce the access gaps to communication medium and the radio spectrum. She holds a Masters degree in Communication from MediaLab at UFRJ where
she explored intersectional feminist experiences of using the radio spectrum.
