Padeluun is a german artist and netactivist who stands up for civil rights. 1984 he founded the art project and gallery Art d'Ameiblement together with Rena Tangens. He is chairmen of FoeBuD (privacy association), employee at research group for data retention and organizer/jury member of german Big Brother Awards in Bielefeld, which takes place every year since 2000. He lives and works in Bielefeld.
