Korinna Lindinger
Korinna Lindinger lives as artist and social scientist in Vienna.
She is part of the artist collectives maschen and kaquadrat. In her artistic work she focuses specially on the sculptural moment, the pursuit of movement and electronics as artistic resource and the location of every individual in his/her (social) environment.
Korinna Lindinger’s works were awarded inter alia the Salzburg state prize for media art, the Taxodermy Appreciation Award, the Preis des Otto Prutscher Fonds, and the Jahresförderatelier of Vienna WUK. Since 2012 she is organizing together with Karla Spiluttini and Bartholomäus Traubeck the tinkerlab, a low-threshold place for hacking and material experiments in cooperation with Schmiede Hallein and subnet Salzburg.
