Astrid Kury

Dr Astrid Kury, studied art history and law in Graz and Vienna (1987-1993), 1999 PhD, 1994-2004 lecturer at the Institute for Art History at the Karl Franzens University of Graz, 1994-2004 research assistant on the interdisciplinary research project "Moderne. Wien und Zentraleuropa um 1900 / Modern Age. Vienna and Central Europe around 1900" at the Karl Franzens University of Graz, since 1998 freelance curator (science and art). Since 2005 head of department and since November 2006 director of the Academy Graz.
