She is Mexican visual artist whose work reflect on the social and economic relations mediated by contemporary networked culture.[2][citation needed] She worked in post-production for advertising and music videos for several years doing visual effects in Mexico City, New York and Los Angeles, which led her to join Eyebeam's AIR studio in 2002.[3] Juárez is currently a student of Fine Art in Valand Academy at the University of Gothenburg.
