Julia Rosenberger

Born 1980 in Innsbruck, Austria, studied Digital Art and Design at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and École Supérieure d’Arts Graphiques Paris. Her installative and perfomative works were shown in various art shows, within the project “Living Rooms: The Art of Mobilizing Belonging(s)” (funded by WWTF) she collaborated as a researcher at the University of Applied Arts Vienna and she works as a set designer for theater and film. Rosenbergers work examines spaces and objects within their everyday use and their cultural and social meanings. Formalistically in her work she distils concrete forms out of processes and creates moving objects out of conditions.
