Susi Rogenhofer

born in Vienna and studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts and at the University of Applied Arts

Artist, musician, DJ (aka DJ Sweet Susie), cultural worker, art mediator, on the board of IG Kultur Wien.
In her productions, installations and sound works, which primarily take place in public space and were realized for the Vienna Festival, among other things, she deals primarily with social and ecological issues, which often arise in a participatory manner.
Her musical work currently moves between sound art and electronic music production, in the areas of dub, techno, ambient.
As DJ Sweet Susie, she was one of the pioneers of the Austrian DJ scene, making guest appearances at well-known festivals and locations around the world.
She was a co-organizer of the Dub Club in Vienna's Flex, which for many years was an institution known beyond Austria's borders for the so-called "Vienna Sound" and club music of all kinds.
