Azahara Ubera
ist unabhängige Forscherin, Tänzerin und Choreografin, die an den sich an den Überlappungen von Tanz, zeitgenössischer Kunst, Pädagogik und Aktivismus bewegt, und ist innerhalb und ausserhalb von Institutionen tätig: Museum Reina Sofia, Madrid, P.A.R.T.S, Brüsse. Mitglied mehrerer Kollektiv: Somatecx and collective Les Bordes, a project on gender and identity through the mix of dance, video and experimental music. One of her ongoing research is called Manada. Manada is a tool-box of methodologies that is activated with different groups and situations, in exhibitions and in hybrid spaces to create and collaborate in the creation of collective knowledge through a technological, transfeminist and posthumanistic approach to the body, the use of gestures, voice and in conversations. Her last project was a 3 month exhibition on architecture and choreography in Madrid at "Centro Centro" with the architect Nerea Calvillo called “Las Respiradoras” (The Breathers) also part of Somatecx, the research group on feminist-queer practices initiated by Paul B. Preciado in 2013 in M.N.R.S.C, Madrid.
